Azure Enterprise Agreement Support

Microsoft may, at any time, terminate, modify, or revise the terms of this EA Support Offering at any time. Customer may terminate their participation in the EA Support Offering at any time by notifying Microsoft in writing. All new customers who purchase azure services from July 1, 2020 will receive free Azure standard support within the 12-month qualification period. The 12-month period begins from the date of signature or renewal of the agreement. Microsoft offers from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 standard support (with exceptions) for Microsoft Azure customers who meet all of the following eligibility requirements: ProDirect is however more limited than Premier Advisory Support. ProDirect consultants do not provide detailed advice specific to a single client, for example. B design, architecture or code reviews. detailed instructions for optimizing the application or configuration (for example.B. performance optimization; or verifying specifications. ProDirect does not provide on-site support or participates in implementation activities, such as.B. Coding or configuring for developing or making customers available in Microsoft Azure. A paid support plan is required to access Azure Technical Support. However, some Microsoft programs may allow you to access Azure support through support services, even if you don`t have a paid support plan.

It offers an extra level of access to Microsoft`s expert support, free of charge. Get answers to your technical questions in Microsoft Q&A, a community support channel where you can learn, connect, and exchange ideas with community experts, Microsoft engineers, and other customers. In addition, Microsoft Q&A`s robust search tool collects responses from a wide range of sources, making it a valuable self-help resource for meeting your learning needs. Azure plans and benefits in these plans are used by customers and are not transferable. As of August 1, 2019, new opt-out forms for Azure enterprise customers will not be accepted. Instead, all registrations go for an indefinite extended period. If you want to end the use of Azure services, close your subscription in the Azure portal. Or your partner can file a request for termination.. . .
